Hi, I'm Barbie. Corporate HR recruiter turned ops brain for coaches.
For 7+ years I've built the systems behind high-ticket coaching businesses, including clients who scaled to 7 figures on them. Corporate HR taught me to think in SOPs, intake and process. Kajabi certification and a serious AI habit did the rest.
Coaches kept showing up with the same problem: a brilliant vision and a back end that couldn't hold it. So I became the integrator they were missing. I take the vision, turn it into a system, and make sure every piece connects.
